I handle procedural and operational functions of various service programs offered through the Cloud Services division back in Ingram Micro. This includes billing, reporting, data management, SharePoint management, system maintenance, usage audit and cleanup, process improvement, report extraction and documentation. Supports the processes and operational structure of the programs and serves as a principal point of contact with vendors, 3rd party partners and internal resources on operational matters. Will participate in moderate-sized projects and business process improvement efforts of varying complexities to introduce or improve services or new components of existing services.

Most recently, I handled major US entertainment companies such as Disney, Netflix, handling the life cycle of their ad campaigns through the Youtube platform.
