I am Rexa M. Rosas, a Philippine Registered Nurse with a strong foundation in healthcare and administrative support, particularly in home care and clinical settings. My journey reflects resilience, dedication, and adaptability, beginning with self-funding my nursing education at Bicol University Tabaco Campus, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In November 2023, I achieved a significant milestone by passing the Philippine Nursing Board Exam, solidifying my commitment to serving others through professional healthcare.

My professional experience bridges both clinical and virtual healthcare roles, giving me a versatile skill set. As a Utilization Nurse Reviewer at Shearwater Health, I was responsible for evaluating patients’ medical records, ensuring accuracy, and applying my critical thinking skills to support proper utilization of healthcare services. This role honed my attention to detail, assessment abilities, and ability to handle sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality.

I have also built strong expertise as a Home Care Virtual Assistant, working with multiple home care providers in the United States, including Shore Home Care in New Jersey and Caring Mission Home Care in Pennsylvania. In these roles, I managed caregiver scheduling, recruitment, and communication between patients and caregivers. My responsibilities included coordinating interviews, sending reminders, and performing chart audits to ensure compliance with caregiver requirements. These experiences equipped me with strong management skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to supporting both clients and staff in fast-paced environments.

What sets me apart is my adaptability and diligence. Transitioning between clinical nursing tasks and virtual administrative support has strengthened my flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
