Hi, I'm Reuben Postrado, 24 years old, from La Castellana, Negros Occidental. I finished my degree in Tourism Management in 2022 at STI West Negros University. While studying, I was able to attend a 2-month training as a Customer Service Representative at PanAsiatic Solutions in 2020. During this training, I gained experience in interacting with customers and providing services to individuals from different countries. Additionally, I developed confidence in speaking in front of people.
After graduating from college, I worked as a Sales Associate for almost 1 month. In this role, I interacted face-to-face with customers, introducing them to our products and explaining their benefits. Following that, I worked as an Admin Assistant at Lumina Homes Bacolod, one of the largest real estate companies in the Philippines, for almost 9 months. In this position, I expanded my responsibilities, handling tasks such as organizing files and documents, scheduling appointments, answering phone inquiries, and managing finances including payments, invoices, and bills. I also created notices, flyers, and posters for upcoming events.
Later, I had the opportunity to work at Concentrix Bacolod, one of the largest BPO companies in the Philippines, under the travel account. As a customer service representative for guests, I handled inbound and outbound calls, as well as provided email and chat support. This experience enhanced my communication skills, both verbal and written, and boosted my confidence in dealing with individuals both locally and internationally.
Furthermore, I am teachable, open-minded, a risk-taker, and passionate. I am eager to learn and open to changes that contribute to my personal growth. I enjoy exploring new opportunities, even when uncertain, and I approach tasks with enthusiasm and positivity. I believe in self-motivation and maintaining a positive attitude towards clients, and I am confident that my passion and dedication can positively impact the lives of others.
