I am an experienced customer service representative and Admin Assistant. I am with the BPO industry for more than 10 years now and have gained knowledge and experience in handling different tasks that fits the skills needed for an efficient Virtual Assistant.
I worked with sales accounts with the main task of setting up customer account/ subscription, processing orders, send welcome emails, answer product specific inquiries etc.
I previously worked with dental offices and was assigned to handle Admin tasks such as encoding/Managing patient profiles, setting up appointments, verifying insurance coverage and processing patients claim for payments.
