• 11 years of experience in a corporate job specifically at Pag-IBIG fund, a government agency
• I do customer service before handling queries and concerns of a clients which help me develop a problem-solving skill.
• I know basic CRM tools such HubSpot and Zoho
• I am also proficient in using Canva, and CapCut
• I know the work ethics and I am trustworthy in terms of confidentiality
• I am proficient in Microsoft office such as excel, word, PowerPoint.
• I am also proficient in Google workspace or suite
• I have my training for virtual assistant which give me insights on freelancing. This training open doors for me to have a grasps of what it is like to be a virtual assistant.

I have not yet gained any experiences in freelancing or being a virtual assistant, but I do some trainings for me to learn some basic AI tools and still willing to be trained for the benefit of the company. New learners tend to be enthusiastic in work and want to impress clients. But it's not about impressing clients but also to express what we can do for the clients. Quality and quantity must be set as target to create best outcomes and make the clients wants you.
