I have excellent reading, Listening, comprehensive, probing, writing and communication skills, I am great at call handling which includes first call resolution to achieve the customer's satisfaction. I can type on average 40 words per minute and produce good descriptive and creative pieces. Hence I am excellent and efficient in customer service whether it is over the phone or using the chat line medium. I truly know how to connect with a customer so they have superb customer experience, in addition to meeting their needs and making them better off. I do exceptionally well at troubleshooting procedures as I am extremely patient and aim for a resolution. Additionally, I am Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of software - Microsoft Word, Excel, Database and PowerPoint Presentation. Therefore I can do filing, data entry, create presentations and projects. I am very flexible with great work ethics which include doing everything to the best of my ability and meeting the targets that the company is seeking to achieve.
