Working with Accenture as a Data Analyst/Content Moderator, I delivered a good performance and I was eventually assigned as a training apprentice which required me to attend a basic facilitation training in conducting a session for adult learners. I have experienced all the work load for a trainer. I conducted classroom sessions, weekly refreshers, training sessions and meetings with our stakeholders. I was trained to be proactive but also have fun while working. This ties up with my previous role as an acquisition specialist for Tripaneer which is a travel website. Most of my roles required me to communicate with different kinds of people and different nationality which means communication is one of my strongest points.
