an array of individuals which thus necessitated the extensive use MS SharePoint.
o Once the budgets were completed, a presentation was developed to showcase the results on a departmental level,
company level, segment level, and finally a group level.

Conducted an operational due diligence on a South African Chrome miner. This involved:
o Conducting a chrome ore and ferrochrome market analysis.
o Understanding the target’s major risks and performing a gap analysis on what the risk register would look like after the potential
deal goes through and synergies are enjoyed.

Performed stress testing on a valuation for a large company in the Oil & Gas industry for a potential M&A deal.

Conducted a Socio-Economic Impact Assessment for the largest passenger-locomotive manufacturer in the Africa which was critical in
whether the company would be awarded the next manufacturing contract which was valued in excess of R51 billion.
