Renejun Roset

Hi! My name is Renejun Roset and I prefer to be called as RJ.
I've been in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for 7 years. I'm taking inbound and doing outbound calls. I handle account inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.
I already worked for different kinds of account like; Telco, Travel, Medical, Radio and etc. I also handled different customers from US, UK and Australia and by that being said, I can say that I have excellent English communication skills and good working attitude, I can work under pressure even with or without supervision.
I'm observant, analytical, pays attention to details, fast learner and willing to work for long hours.
I never had experience in any type of home base jobs yet and I know that working at home will be best for me and for my family.
I'm happily married with two kids and I love being with them all the time.
If I will be given a chance to work at home with my family, I believe that is one of the greatest blessing to have.
