Company Append:
Using data provided to us (Company Name, Address, City, Phone, URL, etc), the Data Cleanse system finds company records in the Data Cleanse database which most accurately match the incoming
data. Data Cleanse appends data via additional columns for each record (your original data will NOT be modified). The data will be in the columns immediately following your provided data and will
be separated by differing colors representing the multiple levels of a company's hierarchy. In doing so, the system assigns each match with a score. If a record is missing key information, Data
Cleanse may still find an accurate match, but can’t be as confident with the match so the score will be lower. The score is assigned by the Data Cleanse system and is routinely tuned to maintain
optimal accuracy and confidence in assigning “grades”. The Grade column is to the left of the score and is the field which should be used when determining what action to take for the associated
record.
