The steps below were used to prepare your data : • • • • Standardize company names and addresses Company-level data segmentation, de-dupe, validation, remediation of critical data errors and assessment of remaining gaps Confirm accuracy of existing data including physical location and contact email address accuracy based on probabilistic matching, stress testing and scoring Append company-level record information where available with demographic/firmographic information such as # of employees, revenue, sic codes, etc… • Confirm contact/email accuracy based on a rating system and associated social enablement tool. Column DO indicates Duplicate Reason. Column DN gives a number of TVID row # (Column AI) for the record that it is a duplicate of. Also please note that duplicate records are not "in addition to" the other tabs. You will find all these records within the other tabs. Columns Description Column A to AD Column AE to AH Original data columns provided Social enablement engine return results from social sites including Current Company, Current Title and appended/corrected email addresses, where available. Company Append: Using data provided to us (Company Name, Address, City, Phone, URL, etc), the Data Cleanse system finds company records in the Data Cleanse database which most accurately match the incoming data. Data Cleanse appends data via additional columns for each record (your original data will NOT be modified). The data will be in the columns immediately following your provided data and will be separated by differing colors representing the multiple levels of a company's hierarchy. In doing so, the system assigns each match with a score. If a record is missing key information, Data Cleanse may still find an accurate match, but can’t be as confident with the match so the score will be lower. The score is assigned by the Data Cleanse system and is routinely tuned to maintain optimal accuracy and confidence in assigning “grades”. The Grade column is to the left of the score and is the field which should be used when determining what action to take for the associated record. Column AJ Grade Pass Review Fail Definition Data Cleanse is confident in the match. Data Cleanse matched the provided record with one in our system, but the record requires additional review for Pass confirmation.
