In my previous position, I am maintaining an exceedingly functional work environment while delivering exceptional customer service for Metro telecommunications. I have a knack for problem-solving work well independently. Additionally, I am adept at: Consulting with customers to evaluate their needs, determine the best services, and suggest additional services that may be of interest. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of processes and regulations to ensure accurate and effective services. Cross-training in order to assist other departments or in other roles as needed.I am a self-starter and excel at handling customer inquiries, and resolving conflicts quickly. I am also deeply familiar with several proprietary computer software systems and adapt quickly to new programs. I'm also cross-trained in order to assist other departments to be more efficient to the company. I like to learn a lot to help the business grow since it is my first time to the BPO company and even it is my first experience in this industry I did not let the other drag me down instead I compete and excel to earn more.

And this year I decided to change the path of my career by entering the world of virtual assistant and being with my client for 9 months however They are facing financial issues and had to let me go but it don't stop me from moving forward because I'm very glad what have they done to me they provided extensive training which my learning in real estate.
