Developed and managed an Employee Time Record System to oversee daily
attendance, including Overtime, Undertime, Leave of Absence, and Days Work
Adjustments. Implemented a hierarchical approval system, delegating approval
tasks to Supervisors for subordinate requests. The generated CSV reports, such
as total days worked, overtime, and other metrics, serve as the foundation for
payroll calculations. Users include Admin, HR, Supervisors (Managers or
Supervisors), Subordinates, Internal Audit, and Payroll.
Logbox System
Implemented a system to log and record daily time entries of employees,
facilitating seamless integration with the Timekeeping System.
Utilized biometric logs, ensuring accurate and secure time tracking, with all data
seamlessly uploaded to the Timekeeping System for further processing.
