Rey found the below such as but not limited to typographical errors and mistakes in
grammar, style, and spelling…
1. Error/s: Sentence that starts with small letter “if” should be capitalized and after the word questions, a
punctuation (comma) should be placed.
Correct: If you have any questions, please get in contact with us.
2. Error/s: First sentence uses “three module” which is incorrect as this is a number with unit of measurement that
modifies another noun and needs to be hyphenated. Second sentence has a typo error fac-to-face.
Correct: This section describes a three-module approach to building innovation capability. The below modules
are all conducted face-to-face.
3. Error/s: Typo error “mdule” which should be “Module”.
Correct: Module length – 9am-4pm
4. Error/s: This is the third module that talks about Prototyping Lab training.
Correct: Module 3 is our Prototyping Lab training.
5. Error/s: “there” refers to a place while “their” means belonging to, or associated with, and group of people
which in this case, “their” should be used. Second is typo error for the word “busines” which should be
“business”.
Correct: Understanding customers’ frustrations with their current product/service can be an incredibly valuable
source of inspiration for profitable challenges and opportunities that the business can look to solve. Our Peeve

6. Error/s: Misspelled word “desined”. It should be “designed”.
Correct: Our Peeve Points process is designed to achieve several key objectives:
7. Error/s: Incorrect usage of punctuation (“). Second is the use of forward slash (/) symbol. This should not be
used as product is different from service. Product is tangible while service is intangible. We can use the slash
symbol if 2 words implies the same thought and meaning. The sentence as well implies plural noun or subject
(consumers/customers) thus, plural verb should be used (Subject – Verb agreement).
Correct. Uncover frustration points that consumers/customers currently have with the products and services.
8. Error/s: Use of preposition “in” is incorrect.
Correct: The outcome of this module will be a thorough understanding on how to identify Peeve Points –
opportunities for innovation.
9. Error/s: Module 2. The number “2” is missing and “$8” is something not realistic, the usual price ranges to a
thousand so we can assume that this should be “$8K”. Misspelled words “participat” and “Formuula”. It should
be “participant” and “Formula”. Another point to look is the grammar of (cost is $100 per participant for a
minimum of 10 participants). We can assume that this is repetition of subject (participant) but could still be used
in different audience. We can somehow re-construct it by (cost is $100 per participant for a minimum of 10
people) which is best to read.
Correct:
Module 2: $8K for up to 16 people. Each additional person is charged at $250 for up to 30 people.
Note – we can provide full toolkit sets for each person (includes a copy of the Innovation Lab DVD, a set
of toolkit card, and a copy of The Creativity For Formula, cost is $100 per participant for a minimum of
10 people).
10. Error/s: Sentence fragment (Travel expenses to or from Melbourne are additional). We can assume that this is
something a point to or from a destination which is Melbourne.
Correct: All costs are GST. Travel expenses to or from Melbourne are additional.
11. Error/s: Misspelled word “inovation”. It should be “innovation”.
Correct: We look forward to helping your organisation unlock growth through innovation.
12. Error/s: Sentence should ends with a period. Highlighted sentences below should have a period unless it is an
informal one.
