With over a decade of diverse experience spanning the construction, HR, financial, and clinical research sectors, I bring a vast skill set as a Learning& Development Manager, Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, and Project Manager. My professional journey has crossed borders, enabling me to manage projects for both national and international clients, with a strong focus on delivering impactful results while building lasting partnerships. I’ve led projects from inception to completion, expertly navigating complexities to ensure timely delivery within budget.

Transitioning to the clinical research sector, I’ve applied my project management expertise to the financial realm, where precision and attention to detail are relevant. I’ve overseen the sourcing and acquisition of critical resources, navigated regulatory landscapes, managed budgets, and built strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. My efforts have helped drive efficiency and innovation in this dynamic field. Additionally, I played a key role in a project aimed at expanding a company’s global presence.

Beyond my project management experience, I am passionate about coaching and mentoring individuals to reach their full potential. I have facilitated workshops, conducted one-on-one coaching sessions, and supported individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals. I am dedicated to supporting a culture of continuous learning and growth, where individuals feel empowered to thrive.
