I help business owners reach their goal and have more free time by providing them administrative and technical support. I have been a virtual assistant to a variety of employers for over 3 years now. I have made inbound and outbound calls which involved setting appointments, making sales all the while grabbing payments, and handling customer complaints and concerns. I also have handled known CRMs such as Zoho and GoHighLevel with these past CSR experiences. I also am very familiar with doing administrative tasks and content writing. I have managed emails, organized documents, analyzed processes, onboarded and deboarded clients, repurposed contents and posted on WordPress, and so on and so forth.
I never give up despite rejections because I hate the feeling of frustration and that's why I want to give my best shot always. I am a humble person who knows how to respect her boss and co-workers, and I value honesty because I like to have a great deal of transparency within my working environment.
