I was a Chat Advisor under Lazada Singapore for 3 months since it was only a seasonal account. I handled their sellers account, wherein we assisted them with their listings on the platform and some disputes that they have. Also, I used to handle 3 chats at a time. Then I also work as an Email Support for a financial account. The main driver of the customers concern were the unauthoried transactions on their account. There we investigate their concerns and helped them in filling for a disputes. Currently, I’am a Content Moderator under a social media account. Here, we review all the things that people usually post in this platform. Some were being removed because of violating some rules. Also, in here the changes are implemented weekly so we have to adapt easily and to learn and unlearn the previous ones.
