TASK 1 : Email management

This is a mock project where I organized a fictional
client’s inbox using Gmail. I created customized
labels, filters, and color codes to ensure priority
emails were easily accessible. I also unsubscribed
from irrelevant mailing lists to reduce daily clutter.
Inbox zero achieved!
TASK 2: Calender Scheduling
I efficiently manage calendar schedules by prioritizing
appointments, meetings, and deadlines while ensuring
there’s ample time for preparation and follow-up. I use tools
like Google Calendar or Outlook to schedule events, send
reminders, and coordinate time zones for clients across
different regions. I’m skilled at managing recurring
appointments, avoiding conflicts, and handling last-minute
changes or cancellations with ease. My goal is to maintain
an organized schedule, ensuring all tasks and meetings run
smoothly.
TASK 3: Data Entry
Sales Performance Data Entry
& Analysis (Sample Data)
In this task, I performed data entry and analysis
using sample sales performance data. The data
was organized in an Excel spreadsheet to
demonstrate my ability to manage and analyze
large datasets. I ensured accuracy and attention to
detail, creating visualizations such as graphs and
charts to showcase sales trends and performance.
This project highlights my proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets, attention to data integrity,
and ability to generate insights from data.
TASK 4: Research
Research on Parks and Cities in
California (2024) – ALX Virtual Assistant
Program
As part of the ALX Virtual Assistant Program, I
completed a spreadsheet-based research assignment
focused on cities in California. I conducted thorough
online research to collect and verify accurate data for
2024, including information on city names, number of
parks, area in square miles, and population. The data
was organized clearly and efficiently in a spreadsheet,
demonstrating my ability to gather reliable information,
pay close attention to detail, and present findings in a
professional and structured format. This project
highlights my strong research skills, data accuracy, and
proficiency with spreadsheet tools like Excel and Google
Sheets.

professionally, and resolving issues with
empathy and efficiency. I prioritize clear
