As an Analytics Intern at Ecocash Holdings, I leveraged data analytics to drive insights and support decision-making processes. This made making interpretation of insights easier and made more informed decisions achievable.

This role allowed me to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, ultimately enhancing candidate satisfaction and the proper administration of exams under Prometric.
