I have at least 8 years of work experience with the BPO industry (Business Process Outsourcing). Throughout those years, I have handled both US and UK Accounts as an agent, and US, UK, and Australian Accounts with the Training and Development Department as an Accent and Communications in English Coach, Product Trainer (financial account), Pre-process Trainer (US and UK), Universal Trainer (live chat, retention, customer service, back office, email support), QA and OJT Team Lead.
Home Based:
I have at least 5 years of work experience while working from home. I started off with appointment setting for insurance, online platforms, collecting surveys, then a few months after I was given the role to manage different teams for different campaigns which have at least 8 to 20 callers. As a manager, I handle recruiting, conduct interviews, training, coaching, call listening/QA, tech support, create trackers, and generate leads for the callers, attendance and payroll, client meeting, email support, etc.. all the while I still call to set appointments and surveys.
Virtual Assistance - non-voice:
I have worked as a VA for a Real Estate Company. My tasks would include skip-tracing and scrubbing leads, call monitoring, Email Management, Website Designing, and Flier creation.
I also have experience working with eCommerce companies as an email and chat customer service representative. Mainly handling their Amazon and Etsy accounts, and direct website customers, responding to customer's emails and concerns, customer service, and product reviews, and answer random questions they have regarding the product or services.
I am patient, pay close attention to detail, will not hesitate to ask questions when needed, I am also well organized, can multitask, and prioritize time management and deadlines.
