· Fulfill orders using DSM Tool and AutoDS, source items in Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, Lowes, and Sportsmanguide.
• Find profitable items using Zik Analytics.
• Knowledge in using cash back (Ebates and Giving Assistant) before ordering the items from the source
• CSR Email Management. Answer all customer queries and questions.
• Handle returns and open cases on eBay.
• Monitor / Update tracking number.
• Cancel order and source items for unfulfilled orders.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Monitor all awaiting shipment orders and make sure that tracking numbers are uploaded promptly within the stated handling time.
• Revise all the listing no sales items from more than 30 days ago and the less than 10 views that are 7 days live, to improve the sales of the store.
