The technical and operational skills as an IT Professional that I have acquired over almost a decade, has provided me with the appropriate knowledge both in planning and implementing strategic and tactical approaches to manage servers and networking independently and within a team. 

The roles I took on as an IT professional allowed me to serve in various capacities as Software Engineer/Senior Analyst focused on Customer service and Product satisfaction. Part of was assessment, deployment and troubleshooting; exposure in managing Cloud systems, Microsoft Office 365 Administration; deployment of Microsoft Exchange; administration and management of Intermediate Operating System/s and Hardware Management, installation & maintenance.

My assignment was to set-up, manage and troubleshoot network and server requirements of small and medium enterprise businesses. Afterwards, I was assigned to manage the same tasks for the consumer side, dealing on a daily basis to provide technical support to a global set of clients using Windows and Microsoft 365. I started my career in the IT sector since 2009 and the broad set of skills I have been trained and honed in are the same set of skills that I can bring to this job and continuously learn while contributing to the sector.
