Over the years, I have supported a wide range of software and operating systems in French
and English, over the phone, on site, via email and instant messaging. I have learned to
use various systems for ticket management, quality control and customer satisfaction.
In 2018, I obtained an ITIL certification in incident, problem and change management. My
experience with different ticketing systems helps me understand and adapt quickly.
