Reviews traceability of materials, storage and issuance for changes to ensure the current system satisfies the frequent changes in loading schedules and availability of materials. 2. Coordinates with Production Planning and control on the timely availability of materials. 3. Conduct a daily routine check of the actual work activities in the different areas to ensure no blocking in the loading schedules and inputting of daily transactions in the system. 4. Coordinates with logistics department for the inventory of bulk materials, non-moving components with critical stock. 5. Ensure that a regular cycle count of materials is conducted in order to evaluate the performance of personal and system use. 6. Conduct a daily routine inspection of all warehouses to ensure good house keeping and safety policies are being complied with. 7. Conducts daily line briefing of supervisors, and sometimes staff grouping, to promote teamwork, communication and cooperation. 8. Checks cleanliness of company vehicles and monitors their proper maintenance. 9. Monitors employee's performance and accomplish performance appraisal report. 10. Recommends necessary warehouse policies and procedures for the efficient operation of warehouse. 11. Attends and actively participates in special projects/activities and programs initiated by the companies. 12. Attends, design or initiate trainings and seminars necessary for the development of subordinates. 13. Repair a working strategy to ensure that the cost target in operating the section is met. 14. Repairs and submit monthly performance reports. 15. Performs other duties as maybe assigned by the superior from time to time. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (FINISHED GOODS) 1. Coordinates with production planning and control for the shipment advised. 2. Ensure that all finished goods dispatched are properly labeled and is included in the shipment advised. 3. Check all finished good endorsed are with corresponding proper shipping documents. 4. Coordinates with import/export goods to export and airline loading allocation. 5. Monitor and ensure that all dispatched goods are endorsed to its designed forwarder and airlines. 6. Check with the forwarder and airline representative for the status of cargoes. 7. Validate reports prepared by the Finished Goods Clerk. 8. Ensure that all the shipment for properly booked in the system. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (CENTRAL RECEIVING) 1. Check with the central receiving controller if the shipments received are complete and properly documented. 2. Ensure that all urgent materials are given priority in booking and endorsement to user. 3. Check and validate all materials discrepancy reports are prepared by the receiving clerk. 4. Check and validate all date booked by the system encoder. 5. Ensure that all receiving report is submitted to accounting. 6. Coordinate to import/export all incoming shipments with problem (i.e. short landed, incomplete documents, no documents, wrong shipments and with damaged shipment). 7. Communicate to its respective suppliers with regards to shipments with problem. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (CBW) 1. Checks and monitors daily system transactions. 2. Conducts quarterly and annually physical inventory. 3. Analyze variances encountered during quarterly and annual physical inventory. 4. Conducts spot checking of subordinate performance to ensure that company policies are being complied with, as to storage, movements of goods, good housekeeping and safety. 5. Monitor and counter check daily cycle count materials. 6. Prepare and submit monthly performance report to the warehouse manager. 7. Hires, orients, trains and guides staff in the performance of duties and the responsibilities. 8. Reviews, evaluates and appraises the performance of staff based on agreed goals, correspondingly. 9. Recommend to the warehouse manager the promotion, transfer and disciplinary actions. 10. Coordinates with different sections, problems encountered during the implementation of the new system. 11. Key user for SAP system for warehousing. 12. Enhance existing guidelines and procedures. 13. Check the monitor critical stocks. 14. Coordinates with purchasing department outstanding P.O with critical status. 15. Reconcile with accounting department all production planner's kits loaded to production vs. production daily monitoring. 16. Performs other duties as may be required by the supervisor from time to time. WAREHOUSE CLERK 1. Prepare shop order kits based on peak list and as per loading schedule. 2. Prepare shortage reports after kitting and submits to warehouse supervisor. 3. Issue kitted materials to production. 4. Check and receive kitting list generated by planners. 5. Kitting of materials based on FIFO procedures. 6. Receive and check accepted materials in terms of actual vs. in-transit documents. 7. Store materials to their respective locations and transact receipt into the system. 8. Conduct daily cycle count of materials and submit to supervisor-reconciled results. 9. Conduct annual/quarterly physical inventory as required by the management. 10. Update materials insurance into the system. 11. Monitors expenses issuance to productions. 12. Monitoring of non-moving items by informing planners of stock status. 13. Insures well housekeeping at all items. 14. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
