I started with the BPO industry with Convergys Alabang as a Customer Service Associate for
DirecTV, which is one of the leading cable company in US. I am assisting customers with Billing
and General Information. We process dispute, credits, refunds and mainly general information with
the bill and other services. After a while, I became a Senior Customer Service Representative for the
same LOB. After a year, I became a Subject Matter Expert for our team and assisted the new hires
with their transition to our team. I am responsible in making sure that they cope up and progress
with the team. This role includes mentoring and coaching regarding their target goals as customer
service associates. I also became the #1 seller of the site and so I added on coaching and mentoring
for sales into my plate.

In June 2011, I moved and transferred to Firstsource Solutioons Limited. I initially became a part of
BarclaycardUS, one of the biggest credit card providers in US. We only handle billing and general
concerns especially their rebates or rewards. After about a year, I became the overall POC for the
cluster. I am responsible for updating the agents and the managers with their numbers and goals.

Sales and Customer Service
Effective March 2013, I was moved to another account within FSL, which is BT, the first and
biggest telecommunications company in the UK. I am a CSR for their broadband and phone
account. We handle troubleshooting for internet problems and billing inquiries. In only a few
months, I was selected to handle and lead their pioneer LOB, which is BT Sport which is a Tier2
Technical account. This caters to their sports package focusing on Rugby and internet connections.
I handled voice and non voice troubleshooting and report any progress or struggles directly to the
client.

Customer Service Representative
I started my career with Synchrony, formerly known as GE Capital Retail Bank, which is one of the
leading credit card providers in US and Canada and is currently a part of the Great Place To Work
list of Forbes Magazine. I started as a Customer Service Specialist for credit cardholders of Sam's
Club and Walmart US and after a while, I became one of the POC who takes care of the
transitioning of the new hires from their training environment, to nesting and finaly to their regular
teams. I make sure that the newbies that will be joining our team will be able to cope up properly,
perform, meet and exceed their goals like an experienced agent. After more that 2years, I added on
assisting Lowe’s credit cardholders into my responsibilities.
