Regine Mae Canlas

A graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English while working as a virtual assistant. Recently, worked as a Virtual Assistant for a US Real Estate Investor, doing cold calling and qualifying leads. In addition, I ran an SMS campaign where I used messaging to qualify homeowners and check property’s condition. I was an Amazon Ecommerce specialist and managed amazon stores. I was responsible for making sure that the account health of the store was maintained. Moreover, part of tasks was processing orders, order tracking, product research, product listing and responding to customer’s queries through email. Prior to being a virtual assistant, I have been working in a BPO industry for 4 years as a customer service representative and technical support representative. I worked with US telecom accounts, internet service providers, and US computer manufacturers where I showcase my logical, technical, and problem-solving skills in determining the root cause of the issue.
