I am a Licensed Pharmacist for 3 years. I worked at a pharmacy retail company. My job is to ensure that the patient/customer knows how to take their medicines. I do patient counseling, dispensing medicines, informing them about the possible side effect, and storing information about their medicines. I also encode some information about our customers and do some file conversion. As a pharmacist also we are familiar in doing product research (medicine).  Data entry and transcription are not a problem for me because I am familiar with doing this kind of work. I also took a freelancing (virtual assistance) course for one month. I learned to do how to create content using canva and scheduled it using a Hootsuite. I also manage Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I also do some forms and file management, email management, and calendar management. I know how to optimize social media accounts. I am also knowledgeable in using MS Word, Excel, and also PPT. All that I mentioned is my hard skills. I am a fast learner, honest, dedicated, and hardworking. I am not yet experienced as a freelancer but I can say that I can do it properly with just 3-5 days of training. I am confident enough in my skills.
