I am a Certified Bookkeeper graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Financial Management. In my 3 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant, I developed different skill that can be helpful to your company. Here are my work experiences:

• Payroll Assistant. My roles are accurately entering employee data, including new hires, changes in salary, benefits, tax withholding, and personal information, reviewing and processing time sheets, calculating wages, and deductions, and calculating gross and net pay, taxes, and deductions, preparing and distributing or facilitating direct deposits.

• Disbursement Officer. My key task are reviewing and verifying payment requests, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and comply with internal policies and procedures, ensuring that all necessary documentation and approvals are in place before processing payments, processing various types of disbursements, including cash and non-cash payments, managing petty cash and other cash accounts, ensuring that cash items are current and approved, monitoring and reconciling disbursement transactions, maintaining accurate records of all disbursement activities, preparing reports and supporting documentation for audits and other purposes. 

• Field Auditor: I am assigned to conduct on-site audits to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations, evaluating operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations.
