Hi, as stated on my resume My name is Regil but I preferred to be called as Gel G.E.L. I enjoy life to the fullest, I enjoy doing fun activities with my family and my friends. Basically, I've been in the BPO business for almost 4 years, I've worked in different branches like in financial services as a "Sales and Retention Representative" in Aegis Services Philippines, it's an American based account called Eperian one of the biggest credit bureau in the U.S" and we cater all states in the U.S so in a daily basis we handle 90% of cancellation calls and the rest are pure customer service calls like inquiries and payment assistance but since our job description is a "Sales and retention agent" we always do an upsell so it only means that I am used selling thru phone to the customer and that would be the reason why "I love sales" because in sales account money is always there :)) and after 2 years I worked at Teleperformance as Customer Service/Technical Support/Sales Representative also an American based account called the "time warner cable". We handle their 3 services which Cable t.v,Internet and their digital home phone service those are one of the biggest BPO company in Manila, I also worked at 51talk, I was an Online English Teacher which is the first home-based job and we teach Chinese student, I was also a Lead Generation Specialists and I can say it's one of the most challenging account I've ever had it's called "Home Solar America" and the most recent job I've attended was being a Telemarketing Lead Opener for Design and Rank Website. Now, I really want to take on new challenges again and I wanted to take some time to focus on finding something that I'd really love. Because I love meeting new people and talking any people with different cultures and languages and this would be the reason why I am interested to apply in your company to try my luck of course.
