As Agile Business Analyst Aug 2016-May 2020 Projects: DTCI Application Rationalization program The purchase of Fox and our internal re-org has presented us with redundant applications and changing business processes. We kicked off a Program to look at all applications from DATG, ESPN and FOX, Nat Geo, International and determine if we had redundancies, gaps and a plan for the future. That included outlining high level business functions for each client group and comparing that against the functionality of all applications in that space. As Project Manager Sep 2014-Aug 2016 Project: FDR-Financial Data Repository Financial Database Repository is an Oracle database used to store financial statements and analysis. FDR standard tools include FDR Editor and Peer Group Analysis, FDR Core and FDR Workflow. Successfully accomplished the implementation of Financial Data Repository (FDR) cycles within an Agile environment. Created very well-defined project charters to capture all project deliverables, milestones, risk, Issues and mitigation plans. It was a new application that needed to be integrated to RPM for fixed income assets companies.
