Reden John Gadiaza

I am currently a civil engineering student with a strong work ethic, a passion for learning, and a wide range of skills and experiences that make me a versatile and dedicated freelancer. For nearly five years, I’ve worked as a delivery rider — an experience that has taught me the value of time management, customer service, and resilience under pressure. Balancing this with my studies has helped me develop a strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and perseverance.

Outside of academics and work, I am passionate about sports, especially basketball and volleyball. Being involved in team sports has strengthened my teamwork, communication, and leadership skills. It’s also helped me stay physically active and mentally sharp — qualities I bring into every project I take on.

In addition to my active lifestyle, I’m also musically inclined. I play the guitar, bass guitar, and keyboard. Music is not just a hobby for me; it’s a way to stay creative and focused, and it fuels my attention to detail — something I value greatly when completing tasks, whether they are technical or creative in nature.

I also run a small online buy-and-sell shoe business. Managing this side hustle has taught me basic marketing, negotiation, customer interaction, and e-commerce skills. I’ve learned how to present products, communicate effectively with clients, and handle transactions — all of which have sharpened my business sense and digital fluency.

Traveling is another one of my passions. Exploring different places and cultures broadens my perspective and allows me to connect with people from all walks of life. This mindset helps me adapt easily to different situations and understand clients' needs more effectively, especially in a global freelancing environment.

Most importantly, I am a Christian and I mean it. My faith guides my principles and work ethic. I believe in honesty, integrity, and giving my best in everything I do — whether it’s a simple task or a long-term project.
