The Credit Connector This Chrome Extension lets you send personalized messages and Friend Requests to your Target Audience. Youtube Tutorial Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgTl-pu_2hQ 1. Installation and Logging In ● Open Chrome Browser and search “Google Web Store” ● On the “Search the store” box, type “Credit Connector” then hit “Enter” ● Click on the first selection for “The Credit Connector” ● Click on the “Add to Chrome” button on the top right portion of the page and let it install the extension in your Chrome browser ● Once installed it will show in the extensions portion of your browser (top left next to the URL bar). If it does not show, click on the gray “Extensions” icon and hit the pin button next to “The Credit Connector” to pin the extension in your browser and for easy access (as shown below). ● Click on the extension then log in using your email address and default password “123456” 2. Setting Up Messaging Feature Creating the Messaging Segment 3 Sections: - Hello/ Intro Segment: - Greeting the target leads - Body Segment: - Intent and reason for sending the friend request: Ending/Closing Segment: - Closing your message Note: To view the other features of Credit Connector, you need to be on the appropriate FB page such as the “Members” page of the targeted group. 1. To create the Message Segment, open Credit Connector App. 2. Click on the “settings” (9 dots) icon of the app. (shown below) 1. Then, click on “ Message Segments” 3. Click on “+Add” to create the first part of the message which is the Intro Segment: 4. Fill in the information needed: a. Title: Enter a Title for the Segment, for the first part you can place “Intro”, “Hello” or “First” Segment b. Create the message: Sample: “Hi {First Name}” (click on the “First Name“ to add) “Hello {First Name}” “Hey {First Name}” Reminder: Always click on “Add” after creating the sentence/phrase. Also, please create at least 3 variations per segment. 5. Click on “Save Message Segment” after creating all your messages for the Intro Segment. 6. Now, to create the Body Segment, just follow the same process as Number 1 however: a. Enter the title of the Body Segment b. Create the message with the reasons for sending the friend requests and introducing your company/profile Samples: I see that we are in the same Digital Marketing group. I sent a friend request, hope you don’t mind? I noticed that we’re both interested in Digital Marketing as we are in the same group so I sent a friend request. I hope that is okay? I sent a friend request since I noticed that we are both interested in the same Digital Marketing group. I hope that is okay.? Note: You may skip the closing segment. 7. Click on “Save Message Segment” after inserting your Intro and Body Segment. 8. Once the segments are created it would look like this: Creating the Messaging Group 1. To create the Message Group, open Credit Connector App. 2. Click on the “settings” (9 dots) icon of the app. (shown below) 3. Click on “Message Groups” 4. Next, click on “+Add”. 5. Fill out the Title of the Message Group ex. “Credit Repair Message Group” 6. Next, work on Build Message Set. Click on “+Insert” then “Message Segment”,select your Intro Segment. 7. To insert the Body Segment, click on “+Insert Another” then “Message Segment”, select your Body Segment. Reminder: Always click on “Add” after creating the sentence/phrase. Also, please create at least 3 variations per segment. 8. Click on “Save Message Segment” after inserting your Intro and Body Segment. 3. Running Credit Connector To run the Credit Connector, you need to be on the appropriate FB pages. a. Members Page of the FB Group you want to target and send the friend requests b. People You May Know Page (click on Friends in your FB Timeline and scroll down to People You May Know) c. Friends Page of your FB Friend Once, you are on the correct page, Credit Connector will provide you the form to run the app. Fill out the form: Look Up in Interval - Select 1 or 3 mins Request Limit - Always “Limited” Number of Requests - FB Limit - 20 per session, 3 sessions per day Resume from Last Search - Yes, if resuming from the last session Keyword - Leave blank if you are not particular with any keyword for the targeted leads Message Group - Select the Message Group you have created for the targeted group Click on “Run” and let Credit Connector run its magic. Reminder: Please don’t close the page where you are running Credit Connector. You may open a new window for FB if you want to do anything else while running the app. 4. Checking Progress and Results You may view all messages and friend request sent by Credit Connector in your messenger. Also, once a friend request is sent to a profile. A checkmark will be shown on the top right-hand side of the profile confirming that the request has been sent. Reminder: If you encounter, the type of message as below, no need to do anything, Credit Connector will do everything for you. 6. Deleting Friend Request - use when 1000 friend request limit is reached Go to main news feed or home Click on the tool Click on Delete Friend request
