My past experiences include being a Virtual Administrative Assistant for 2 years, Quality Supervisor for 5 years, Project Manager for 2 years. The majority of my tasks involve data entry and analysis, report creation, managing the calendar, email communication including doing follow-up and managing transactions, and ensuring effective and smooth communication with the customers and clients, existing and potential.

I have extensive leadership and management experience including more than 2 years of experience as a Project managerĀ and 5 years of experience as a Quality Supervisor. Responsibilities for the leadership role include:

  • Managed Shopify store for a clothing line niche.
  • Managed and supervised 12 Onshore and offsite Quality Representatives
  • Managed and supervised store team members including an SEO, 2 Graphic Designer, 1 Social Media Marketer, and 2 Customer Service Agent
  • Monitored stocks of products on a daily basis and updated those that our already out-of-stock by pausing or removing them from the store
  • Supervised 4 employees (Social Media Manager, SEO, Graphics and Website Designer) and monitored daily activity, compliance, and productivity
  • Created and conducted monthly health check which involves month-end store status on sales performance, Social media traffic and engagement, revenue report and inventory status.
  • Designed and applied appropriate project management standards for the website and the store
  • Managed the production of the required deliverables
  • Monitored overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
  • Conducted a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed
