I’m married with one beautiful daughter. I've worked in the BPO industry for 2 years. I have a lot of experience in handling different types of customers. At first it’s not easy but as you go along and as u mature in the industry you’ll get used to it, I’m part of the elite team, to be part of the elite team you should have a perfect attendance from day one, you should hit all the marks, no customer complaints and you should hit the AHT(Average handle time). I am a hard worker and fast learner.
