My previous work experience has been associated with human resources, warehouse administration, marketing and customer attraction as well as data processing and analysis. I worked in retail entertainment company where I carried out the duties of warehouse worker, as well as worked in shop where my main duties were to consult clients. I have also worked in charity sector where my responsibility was to attract new clients. One of my jobs were as a manager in non-governmental organisation where my main duties were managing the organisations communication (e-mail,phone,meetings with members and other organisations), preperation for board meetings, taking minutes, office maintenance, preparing summaries about work that has been done, taking care of organisations webpage (updating information and photo gallery), attract new members to the organisation, social network management as well as the preparation of reports. I’ve also worked as Data processing specialist in an online finance company. My main duties were to prepare information for presentations, updating and maintaining the database, checking local instructions and testing employees, communication with affiliates, the collection, compilation and comparison of various with customer service and debt collection related data, preparation of regular and on-demand reports, making compilations of NPS surveys and translating them, working with different systems like QlikView and CRM.
I’ve also worked as Data Processing Specialist in Tele2 Shared Service Center. My main duties were to migrate all the necessary from the old Intranet to the new one – Sharepoint. My most recent job and current job is as graphic designer at Latvia University of Agriculture. My responsibilities include working with design and image processing programs, creation of the design of printed materials, the preparation of banners and other advertising materials for web, outdoor advertising billboards and newspapers, enriching the University websites textual contents with visual content (infographics, pictures) , the creation of weekly newspaper, event photography, photo selection and post-processing, keeping up with the quality of University printed materials and making the necessary adjustments and improvements together with the editorial board, constantly keeping track of the activities of printing and publishing industry, artistic and technological trends, administration of University social networks, news translation from Latvian to English as well as other Communication and Marketing Departments tasks.
