Rebecca Stanton

My degree is in Elementary Education, but my passion is watching people learn and grow regardless of their age. I have managed a busy hair salon, worked HR for 5 construction companies, and currently works for the State of Florida. I learn how a developing computer system works. I then schedule a plan, and conduct the training to hundreds of state employees and professionals. I teach them how they can do their current job within the system. I create job aids and instructional videos to assist users. I also help test and create a workflow for the software as it is still being developed. I understand the system so well I provide helpdesk assistance when necessary to users. I am a hard worker who LOVES to learn!
