Audit freight orders billing coming from different depots nationwide to be checked with the rates per truck/place based on forwarders and company’s agreed rates also to match with the copy of freight order coming from the Distribution Department.
Audit Sales and Collection from Treasury department which consist the monthly performance of sales representative if they meet their corresponding quota.
Audit Manager’s check used by the company. Check if all expenses and receipts were liquidated properly.
Silang Warehouse
Audit Distribution Department from receiving of stocks from Plant in Dasma, Cavite and auditing the accuracy and completeness of the products that will be out from warehouses to be delivered to customer and audit the stock transfer to be delivered to all depots nationwide.
Conduct Year-end count to check inventories.
Depot
Audit Depots Nationwide. Check their warehouse and also the performance of the Pharmacist, Accountant and Sales representative. Visiting and checking all the customers place from different division such as Pharma, Fluids and Medical if the products were delivered on time or not and also checking their balances to the company.
