I am a dedicated digital support with over a decade (14+ years) of experience in project management, customer support, general administration (data entry, research, invoicing, etc.) and advertising. My focus is on ensuring seamless project execution, building strong client relationships, and driving measurable results.

I have a full time job but looking for a part time to support my growing family needs. In my current job, I work as a key account manager/ client support manager where I manage client relationships by responding to leads, converting them into long-term clients, and ensuring smooth project transitions. I also oversee team productivity, monitor performance, and handle invoicing through Quickbooks and Xero to streamline processes and maintain client satisfaction.

My background in digital marketing has also provided me with extensive experience in Google Ads, Meta ads, content creation, and social media management. Aside from being a client manager, I also help oversee our advertising team. My advertising expertise includes campaign management and optimization, audience research and planning strategy, creating compelling content, and using data analytics to refine campaigns.

I’ve managed social media channels for global clients, handled databases with tools like Mailchimp, Salesforce and HubSpot CRM, and coordinated teams of virtual assistants to meet project deliverables on time. Leveraging project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Teamwork, and Trello, I’ve consistently ensured that complex projects are executed efficiently.

I thrive in collaborative environments where I can multitask and contribute to team success. Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and communication platforms such as Skype and Zoom, I’m always looking for ways to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
