(2013-Continue)  Deployment of Redline WiMAX-d for 3.5GHz band.  Deployment and supervision of Motorola WiMAX-e for 3.5GHz band.  P2P link Deployment Using Redline using (An80i & RDL-2000) includes (Height, Azimuth, Tilt, Polarity, Optimization) using ISM 5.7 GHz band.  PMP Client and Base Station Deployment Using Redline link Deployment (An80i & RDL-3000) Radio on 3.5 GHz band.  Online testing for WiMAX-e and PMP at client site.  Troubleshooting of all (PMP, PMP BS, Wimax-e, Wimax-d, and PTP).  Configuration of all Equipment using (CPE-400 and Redline An80i/RDL3000/RDL2000/Gigaset SE 681, Gigaset SE681) Radio’s.  Wimax-e Client’s end Deployment and Field Support.  Perform Surveys prior to deploy PMP Base Station for proper space on tower for equipment deployment and Indoor Space for all IDU (POE, Cable, Switch, and Media Converter).  Survey of all PTP client end to check link’s requirement and check LOS from client to POP.  All the defined link’s support supervision from office to carry out customer’s confidence.  In-house Testing of all equipment to trace fault.  Cabling Work on sites and customer end from Tower to IT Room using (Cat-V, CAT-VI) cables in all scenarios.  Works on Mobilink Special Projects of (MBTS) to cater the low coverage signal area’s issue’s by deploying Mobilink BTS with backhaul of Wimax/PMP/PTP.  Planning of all central region with the Help of Google Earth for pointing/marking/KMZ all PMP Sites, PMP Clients, PTP POPS, PTP Client, Wimax Sites, Wimax Client. Degree calculation from Site-Client, Client-Site and calculating Particular Coverage of Base Station.  Handling of all Data (Excel Sheet of Fuel Consumption of Field vehicles, Daily Reports etc).
