My name is Raynaldo Padua,

I am 34 years old and I live in Masbate. I like to watch a lot of movies and American series like Marvel movies, Friends, Brooklyn nine and Game of Thrones.

I have been working as a Customer Service Representative for more than 5 years now and have developed phone manners, and an ability to deal with irate customers. I am accustomed to working on multiple systems or several tabs on the computer.

My duties include taking in calls, doing outbound calls, chat and emails to customers.
