I worked as a government employee for 2 years. within those two years I did data entry and customer service. I had to encode data of pins to the city's online system which helped improve my skills in organizing files and attention to details. I have a lot of experience in dealing with people and helping them with their concerns. I also have a typing speed of 80 words per minute which I think would impact the production of work daily.

  I may not have a lot of experience but I am willing to learn and improve myself to provide better service.
