Ray An M. Santos

I have been in the BPO industry for the last 11 years. I started as a collections agent in 2008 wherein we do outbound calls using a dialer then was transferred to inbound. In 2011 I worked at Teletech as a Customer Service Representative for T-Mobile. From T-Mobile I shift to UPS international also as a Customer Service Representative wherein we are helping UPS customers for their packages. In 2014 I moved to TATA Consultancy that's where I started dealing with Australian Customers. I am now currently working in Cloudstaff Philippines as a Revenue Processing Consultant doing administrative work.
