I am a senior transformation and operations leader with over 35 years of global experience across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance Operations, and Shared Services, having worked with industry leaders like Maersk, Genpact, and Asian Paints.
At Maersk Global Service Centres, I led large-scale operations in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), cost control, transportation, logistics planning, and export/import compliance, managing cross-regional teams of 400+ across India, China, and the Philippines. My focus areas included service delivery optimization, vendor reconciliation, digital transformation (SAP S/4HANA, ARIBA, CargoWise), and governance through performance dashboards and KPIs.
I bring hands-on experience in setting up and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs), streamlining order-to-cash and source-to-pay processes, and leading organization-wide cost and process transformation programs.
