development of key stats algorithms for the validation of these models.

Worked as an operations intern with SquadRun Inc. one of the 7 top innovative startups of the
world pitched at the annual NOAH conference held in London 2014. Worked in close association
with the operations and marketing team for two months during the summers 2015.
Learnt about the overall working dynamics of a startup. Closely worked on the lead generation
with potential clients. My job description at the firm was very dynamic and I also worked with
the engineering team at times. I also worked on the business development and lead generation
during my term.

Email spam recognition using the machine learning models
I worked on the spam mails recognition using the Logistic Regression (LR), Artificial Neural
Networks (ANN) and the support vector machines (SVM). The project incorporated very
close study of the spam feature extraction techniques and the ideas of hidden layers in the
neural networks. The models were then compared for their efficiencies.
Sentiment Analysis for Twitter
Sentiment analysis or opinion mining refers to the application of natural language
processing, computational linguistics, and text analytics to identify and extract subjective
information in source materials. My analysis was eventually based on the Naïve Bayes and
support vector machines models of learning based classification of the tweets.
