My best asset is my typing speed. I always want to take advantage of this asset. I firmly believe that it is essential for a data entry job. A Data entry specialist should be comfortable with the tools that the organization uses to manage the company’s information.

I am comfortable with:-

• MS-Office – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, PDF
• DTP (Desktop Publishing) - Page Maker, Corel Draw, Photoshop.
• Typing Skills – English – Senior Grade, Kannada (Nudi, Baraha, Srilipee).
• Hardware and Networking – Course is done in Jetking Institute.
• Special Skills – OS Installation, Formatting Hard Disk, and Partition, Troubleshooting,
• Outlook Configuration (IMAP, POP3), Format Conversion, Data Compression.

For me, accuracy is the most important thing in this job. Every entered information should be accurate. To maintain data integrity, I prefer to make sure that the source information is accurate. I also recheck my work before submitting. I take care of accuracy at every point. When I am entering information into the computer, I always assure that I read it at least two or three times before finalizing it. I am able to transcribe large amounts of information accurately and quickly. Good time-management and interpersonal skills are also valuable. Data is only useful if it's accurate. After accuracy, speed is the most important quality of a good data entry specialist.
