Professional Experience
Consultant (Meteor JS) April 2015 to Till Date
Working on Meteor Technologies developing Reactive applications. During this time, I worked across three different applications developed in Meteor.
a) Logistics and Delivery Application: Quickli Technologies, India
This was a solution developed on Meteor with Blaze as front end. The application was in logistics and delivery. The startup was focused on offering delivery of goods from the stored to Individuals and the stores were paying for such services. The application was designed to track the location of delivery boys on ground and notify the delivery boy who was in the close proximity of order origination. The path followed the delivery boy was tracked and based on the distance travelled by the delivery boy, the amount was billed to the customer.
In this project, I worked as a consultant and developed a new application for Business to place orders, track the status of the orders. The financial transactions were on recharge model and hence the store owner could add funds into his account using credit card and consume the fund against the orders for delivery.
Also worked on invoice generation, tracking the path followed by the delivery boy against the projected path provided by Google in the core application platform.
b) Sales and Recruitment Application: TempWorks, US
Worked for Temp Works US which offers sales and recruitment related software solutions for companies like Michael page. The platform had application for recruitment agents to input the job database and search for matching candidates based on different profile criteria.
The other application was for the candidates to submit their profiles into the system. I worked on both the applications to add features on the platform.
c) Beauty and Fashion Application: Look Fab India
Worked for a startup which is offering services booking platform for Saloon for different services offered by the saloons. User can search for services and make an appointment for the services through this platform.
The platform has push notification system integrated into the platform for user engagement. I was involved in development of all the component of this application. The solution was developed in Meteor and had Blaze for front end.
