I am Ratnadeep Datta, 38, a commerce graduate from Assam University. I belong from a small town city, (Silchar) from the north eastern part of India.
About my professional front, I have been working in the customer service industry for more than 10 years. I started working since 2006 for IBM. I was hired for a technical process where I could help the customers in their accounting and technical issues. I got a good amount of exposure while working for our third party vendor. It was a semi tech process and I was promoted twice during my tenure. I trained people on a certain technical skill. I was looking into a project and was leading the Tier 2 team. I was constantly in touch with our research and development team and the high end customers specifically the CPA's who I used to cater to.
In 2015, I was nominated to work with a new vendor where, my roles and responsibilities were not limited to supporting, it also included production, auditing the agent's email responses, providing feedback on their responses, close looping, floating the new updates on the floor and to maximize the customer satisfaction rate.
I have received the top talent for 2016 and the Unsung Hero award for 2015. In 2016, I received a promotion as an Assistant manager for a new project.
I love travelling and exploring places. I also love to read books from Science fiction to philosophy. I am positive, fun loving and get easy with people.
