Research project on “Kineticsandmechanism of reduction of 4-nitrophenol by Silver@polyNisopropylmethacrylamide hybrid microgels”. My research project is centered on the rational design of an efficient Microgels supported nano catalyst for the application of reduction of toxic dyes. In this quest, I synthesized silver nanoparticles supported on NIPMAM microgels, i.e., Silver@Poly(N2022 isopropylmethacrylamide) hybrid microgels. I gained expertise in Kinetics and Mechanism of Reduction of 4-nitrophenolusingAg@(NIPMAM)hybrid Microgels. Apart from my research, I gained experience working in a group sharing the same workplace during my previous academic projects and learned to manage my work in a collaborative environment. This experience developed a habit of teamwork as I interacted with different Team members. Nov 2023-Present Currently I am working at SGS a Multinational company in Lahore. I am working as an executive officer in textile chemical and physical testing sector. My duties include compilation of test results from lab into job folders. Data entry of test reports into LIMS and taking draft of test reports for verification of test reports. Amendment of test reports if client request for amendment. Issue test report to concerned client asper procedure. Issue Performa invoice to concerned client asper procedure. Maintain job folder with all related documents and client communication. Review of test report and verification of test data, TRF and buyer manual. Undertake any other task as assigned by Manager. Reports uploading on respective portals. Worked as a Chemistry teacher at Punjab group of high school Haroon. My duties Mar 2022Nov 2023 include planning and delivering lectures, preparing syllabus breakup, organizing classroom to reach chemistry learning outcomes. Frequently meeting with parents for feedback and participating in different events at campus. Instructed students in lab by teaching safety protocol for proper use of chemicals & proper disposal of hazardous materials. Inspected lab equipment’s before students use to reduce chances of potential hazardous.
