My academic knowledge and experience gained over the past 14 years have allowed me to make considerable contributions to many projects in the RD&I (research, development, and innovation) and software markets in Brazil, for local and large multinational companies. I have refined skills in the areas of software development, software project management, software project execution, requirements collection, software architecture design, and software development, especially web-based application development and desktop-based application development. I work as Technology Manager at Bayer/Monsanto (Brazil), I have worked as an Account and Delivery Manager at Tlantic (Brazil), as a Technology Manager for the Olympic Committee Rio 2016 and as Program Manager at Dell Inc, among other experiences.

Working at Bayer/Monsanto as Technology Manager for Financial Applications with $29 billion annually, I am responsible for the full-stack developers working on the financial platform for soybean producers, resellers and multipliers, managing the team in Brazil, Argentina and the USA reporting to directors for global strategic projects.

At Tlantic, I worked as an Account and Delivery Manager, not just as a Technology Manager for store operations with annual revenue of $2 billion, I was responsible for store operations, as well as retail systems, mobility and workforce management, managing integrations between solutions and cloud providers, managing vendor compliance, contracts, and account controls.

For the Rio 2016 Olympic Committee, I have served as Technology Manager of Olympic Facilities, I was responsible for the technology team operating an Olympic Games facility in Rio de Janeiro, I managed the budget of $2 billion for infrastructure projects and app integration in mobile telecommunications, communications (radio trunk), various systems to facilitate help desk teams and competition results, responsible for the complete infrastructure project to operate the Copacabana sites, such as the Lagoa Stadium, Copacabana Fort, Beach Volleyball Arena, Flamengo Park and Marina da Glória, I delivered the first Test Event at Marina da Glória for Sailing, defining the implementations of the following framework, I was responsible for making presentations for the leaders of the International Olympic Committee, and interfaces with government representatives to establish weather alerts and communications for the local Olympic Games, I also led a project to develop standard processes for video adjudication in the Olympics.

At Dell Inc, I was a Global Program Manager responsible for Telecom Delivery and Global Network, I’ve been awarded 6 times by the Company for accomplishing great work, I was responsible for Program Management of Global Network and Telecom Projects, developed Project Management Practices for the Delivery Program to generate successful products for the business, leading several global projects of third-party partners at various international vendors.
