I transitioned to the office setting in 2014 when I was asked to assist in improving an organizations customer service department and standardize their scripts and processes. There, I was introduced to Salesforce and fell in love with the integration process. I have over 5 years of experience managing projects from concept to completion, SOPs creation and implementation, document retention, designing educational strategies, and training individuals to success.
