I am a motivated operations strategist and integration specialist with a proven record of building strong business relationships with my clients. I have over 10 years of management experience in several different industries managing teams of over 50 employees.

I transitioned to the office setting in 2014 when I was asked to assist in improving an organizations customer service department and standardize their scripts and processes. There, I was introduced to Salesforce and fell in love with the integration process. I have over 5 years of experience managing projects from concept to completion, SOPs creation and implementation, document retention, designing educational strategies, and training individuals to success.

I am highly adaptable and work best in a fast paced setting. I have the ability to work independently, creating and developing opportunities and ideas that further establish organizational goals with my clients.
