Currently an Associate Manager in Supply Chain at Tredence Inc, I've led impactful projects for one of the largest CPG companies, including Fireght Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Suggestive Order System, and Realistic Distribution Planning. My approach involves meticulous planning, team collaboration, and in-depth client understanding, resulting in substantial annual benefits, such as $1.6M for Fireght Forecasting and $14.5M for the Suggestive Order System
